Client

The building was purchased by the current owner in a dilapidated state and unable to be sublet. The client commissioned EDP to carry out a feasibility study to refurbish the building, which subsequently developed into a full scheme and award-winning project.

Brief

To refurbish the building to Cat A standard to allow sub letting in various different ways depending on tenant requirements.

Solution

EDP has given the building a new lease of life refurbishing the building inside and out back to its former glory as well as carrying out Cat B fit –outs for the building new tenants.
