Ocorian + Bedell Cristin

Client

Bedell Cristin & Ocorian (previously Bedell Trust) chose EDP following a limited design competition to re-design the complete ground floor of their premises at 26 New Street and Dumaresq House, Jersey. EDP subsequently are continuing to work with them for the ongoing refurbishment of all other floors of the 2 buildings. 

Brief

To re-design the reception area, form new meeting rooms and refurbish all existing office areas and staff facilities.

Solution

In contrast to the previous scheme, EDP created an elegant understated interior allowing the company's brand ethos to be displayed by way of artwork and subtle use of colour allowing the people that work there and work that they do to be the things that stand out.
